Practices tailored to the beginner & intermediate boy and girl wrestler to build and refine wrestling technique through games, drills and functional movement. Registration includes T-Shirt.

Practice Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 6:00-7:15pm
Season Begins: November 17, 2026
Season Ends: February 11, 2027
Note: No practice 11/26, 12/24, 12/29, or 12/31
